Great, educational, no pressure sales experience After three separate visits and trying out a couple of vehicles, my husband actually convinced me that I needed the more expensive Murano over the Rog After three separate visits and trying out a couple of vehicles, my husband actually convinced me that I needed the more expensive Murano over the Rogue. But either is a really good choice! Our salesman, Derek was so knowledgeable about all of the Nissan products down to the smallest details of each feature and option, and he was willing to take whatever time we needed to understand them - before a purchase was decided. It was refreshing to have a salesman who was truly invested in our wants and needs, without pressuring us into making a decision "today". We remembered the manager, Raul from a previous afterhours weekend window shopping visit. He just happened to be leaving after working after hours, but still took the time to let us inspect his personal company vehicle, even though he was on his own time and is not in sales. These guys are all about a quality customer experience! Have had the Murano for almost 3 weeks and absolutely love it! Only drawback was that we thought the lift gate was automatic; however, this is just a minor thing and wasn't a requirement, and was ultimately our responsibility to confirm. Note to buyer - remember to keep track of the options when comparing multiple vehicles. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure, informative sales experience. More
