I found a defect in the paint from the factory and Raul took care of everything from scheduling the paint repairs to making sure I had a loaner ready for me to use. Unfortunately when the Truck was done I found some scratches that needed some attention by the recon shop. We are still working through this issue but I can say that I have been assured that it will be taken care of until I am completely satisfied.
