We respectfully disagree with this characterization. When a miscommunication regarding the rear brakes was identified, we immediately took responsibility and corrected it at no cost to the customer. The BMW repair order confirms that after the rear brake repair, the system was inspected and noted to be “operating as designed.” The front brake concern involved conflicting measurements taken weeks and miles apart. Despite multiple good-faith requests for complete documentation, including video evidence, we were unable to substantiate an error. Throughout, we acted transparently, professionally, and in good faith, relying on documented inspections and repair orders to resolve verified issues appropriately.

The rear brakes were only addressed after I produced written proof from their own salesperson stating the brakes were already replaced and a brake flush was done — neither of which was true. That is not “good faith”; that is correcting a misrepresentation once caught. The front brakes were documented as worn and requiring service by a certified BMW dealership, which communicated findings, photos, and videos directly to Jaguar Land Rover Akron. Those findings were dismissed solely because they conflicted with the dealership’s prior inspection. I was then asked to drive the vehicle several hours back to Ohio with unsafe brakes, which is unreasonable. This issue was never a lack of documentation — it was a refusal to accept certified third-party evidence and take responsibility beyond what was unavoidable. Buyers should verify everything independently before trusting representations made here.
