He is very knowledgeable about the Jaguar and Range Rover lines and is responsive to any questions we had during John Lacy is an outstanding salesman. We enjoyed working with John, and would certainly seek him out for our next vehicle purchase. John spent quite a lot of time with us on the day of delivery going over the vehicle and introducing us to the various departments in the dealership. The only area for improvement does not center at all on John, but with the detailing department. The car could have been a little cleaner. For example, our beautiful black 22" rims were not completely cleaned. More
