It all started with an email to Tracey in internet sales who verified our selected vehicle were in stock, she met us by name upon arrival and set us up with Shane. We arrived at 2pm and both vehicles were ready side by side for a test drive. Shane took us out and we appreciated his patience and knowledge of the vehicles. My wife's last purchase was a 2008 Range Rover (in 2008) so it was due time for a new vehicle. Shane walked us thru step by step and made sure we walked out with our new car that day. He has checked on us numerous times during this past month and we know we can reach out any time we have a question or concern. He worked with the finance manager to make this awesome vehicle a reality for my wife. It was white glove service all the way from start to finish. Complete with bow on top! I would recommend him 10 times over and will definitely be shopping with him again in the future. Let me not forget Justin's expertise and sense of humor at the financial signing. Justin was very professional and made himself accessible to me and my husband the entire week (extending to us his cell phone number if we needed to reach him even when he was out of the office.) He overnighted us our documents and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He even helped sell us on the extended warranty that was way better than the warranty that my bank was willing to offer me. No hidden fees, a 90 day or 3,000 mile warranty comes with the vehicle, great pricing, and the extended warranty coverage is great. Very professional customer service, very transparent transaction, and I didn't even have to drive to PA to get my car. I love my 2011 Porsche Cayenne S that my husband brought me for my birthday, thanks Justin! (Happy Birthday to me!) More
