Once we decided to place an order, Chris was incredibly patient and followed-up with us regarding all our questions and concerns. From the first call, Chris Rice showed great empathy and professionalism and quickly put my mind at ease. He was able to answer all my questions and patiently helped me navigate the search, selection and financing process. Chris is very helpful, has a great calm demeanor and is very genuine. I never felt pressured throughout the whole process. It's been a month since I drove my first Land Rover out from Allentown, PA, and I can say that I am extremely pleased with the customer service and high quality of my car.
