This place is a complete joke! I went in to buy an LR2 after being given a good price over the phone and it was all a lie to get me back in the door. They are all about bait and switch and have no respect after being given a good price over the phone and it was all a lie to get me back in the door. I have bought cars online for darn near close to 20 years and never had a dealer so non-accomodating as this place. I found a nice Mercedes convertible that they had online that I wanted to buy. I call and never had a dealer so non-accomodating as this place. I found a nice Mercedes convertible that they had online that I wanted to buy. I called the dealership and spoke to a young lady named Amy. Well Amy told me that they had the car and sent me a bunch of pictures of the car. She went as far as telling me the defects the car had. Well I was happy and wanted to buy it. I offered to put a deposit on the car and come and pick it up in 2 days as I was going to have to fly in. "We don't hold cars over the phone" she told me. I told her I don't want her to hold the car, I want to purchase the car.... I even offered to pay for the car in full before I would even fly down there. "NO" she told me that they could pick me up when I flew in but could not hold the car. I asked her why in God's name would I buy an airline ticket, make travel plans and fly down there just to find out that the car is sold. She told me that is their policy, that they don't sell cars over the internet! Yes that's right, ladies and gentlemen, in the year 2013 going into 2014 we might have found a car dealer in the first world that doesn't sell cars over the internet! I asked to speak to her manager, I spoke to the sales manager named "Chris" who told me the same thing that their policy is only to sell the car to a customer that comes in. More

Our buying experience at Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis was top notch. On the day we traded in our old discovery and bought an LR4, we met almost everyone on staff as they made a point of coming over to say h top notch. On the day we traded in our old discovery and bought an LR4, we met almost everyone on staff as they made a point of coming over to say hello and introduce themselves while we waited to sign the paper work. That kind of family atmosphere and quality people is why its worth paying a little more for a Land Rover. Mike Kelley was great to work with on the Maintenance side of the house and Graeme Reeves made our used car buying experience fantastic. We traded in a used discovery and Graeme showed in writing the Kelly Blue Book price which matched exactly what I had found doing my own research. Graeme's past maintenance experience gave him added credibility in our eyes and helped him easily explain some of the important differences and issues we had with the LR Discovery we traded in and the used LR4 we bought. The listed price of the used LR4 was below Kelly Blue book as well. Overall, the staff, and the positive personal interactions we had when buying our LR4 made for a great car buying experience, I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis. More

Our experience with Land Rover Dealership in Annapolis was great from the time we stepped foot into the front door to the end when we were driving off in our new Range Rover. I used to dread taking a car in for service. Not so with this Land Rover dealer. Everyone is so pleasant and respectful, the waiting area is lovely, and issues are taken care of as promptly as possible. E this Land Rover dealer. The facility is immaculate -- even the service bays! The free off-road experience I recently attended was a blast and my family and I were treated to a wonderful lunch afterward. I have always been treated wonderfully at this dealership - they have made me a Land Rover customer for life! More

Graeme met us on a previous visit to the JLRA dealership. We are not new to Land Rover ownership owning a Discovery II HSE. When we saw him again at the Range Rover Sport event we were greeted as old frien We are not new to Land Rover ownership owning a Discovery II HSE. When we saw him again at the Range Rover Sport event we were greeted as old friends. We took a test drive and Graeme was extremely knowledgeable about the product line. We began talking about the LR4 models and subsequently bought one the same night. He took us effortlessly through the process more as a guide than a salesman. There were no pressure tactics and we are extremely happy with our purchase He personally saw to a couple of minor problems in a professional and efficient manner.
