I was looking for a stylish, rugged vehicle that had respectable towing capabilities and I began researching the Evoque. Graeme took my wife and I for a test drive on the dealer's demonstration course and it was an experience that I will never forget! The demo course with Graeme is a must do! He kept me updated during the entire ordering process and upon delivery he gave a thorough and very practical introduction to all of the features in our Evoque. Overall, this has been my best new vehicle purchasing experience. More

Not being familiar with Land Rover and in the market for something new and exciting I stopped at this dealership and was greeted by a wonderful salesman. His name is Robert Carter and I hit the jackpot with something new and exciting I stopped at this dealership and was greeted by a wonderful salesman. His name is Robert Carter and I hit the jackpot with him.I told him that I was there to get educated on there product and he delivered with optimism and patience as he new I had a lot of questions. I also told him that I would make multiple trips to see him as my questions and research knowledge increased. He smiled and said come in as often as you like and he would be happy to help in any way with my buying decision. Well I have stopped in multiple times and I'm ready to buy without any pressure at all ( simply amazing ). The dealership is spotless and my first meeting with the manager was very positive. I did not walk away feeling that I was just a number or just another sale. After I make my purchase I will do a follow - up on my service experience even though I'm sure it will be great. It's very hard to come by a dealership these days that you actually leave with a great feeling. I met Graeme at the Washington Auto Show. He stuck his head into the Range Rover Evoque as I was admiring the interior. He immediately pointed out the full moon roof feature that I had not even noticed a head into the Range Rover Evoque as I was admiring the interior. He immediately pointed out the full moon roof feature that I had not even noticed and from there he started pointing out all the other features of that car. I must say I was impressed with his knowledge and his excitement about that car. I told him what I was looking for, i.e., interior/exterior color, coupe, etc., and he said they had just the one I wanted (coupe) in Annapolis. I drove to Annapolis the following Tuesday night and Graeme took me on the ride of my life over their "off road" course - whew, even though I would never off road, the test demonstrated the stability and safety features of the Evoque. I was sold! Graeme's knowledge of the car, I'm sure, is in part that he was a Master Mechanic with Land Rover in Great Britian and has himself owned 50+ Range Rovers over the years. We came to a fair price for the car and my trade in and I drove my new Evoque Coupe home that very evening and I'm thrilled. More

We just bought a new LR4 yesterday. Robert carter and Larry cash were wonderful. We have four grown children and have bought over 15 cars in the last 20 years and we have never had such an enjoyable car Larry cash were wonderful.
