Just received my 2023 Range Rover, quite a beauty. I was especially happy because the vehicle arrived 3 weeks earlier than promised. She constantly reached out between ordering and delivery of the vehicle, making sure that I was completely satisfied. Finally, Fady is the guy to ultimately seal the deal for you in the finance department. He’s a great guy to work with, he also bent over backwards to ensure my wife and I were happy. Finally be ready to be impressed by Sheryl, this lady has an encyclopedic knowledge of the entire features and functionalities of Land Rover vehicles. More

On the 10th of June I drove to the service center because the air conditioning was not working. I arrived 15 minutes before the service center closed for the day. I was told there were no techs and to come the air conditioning was not working. I arrived 15 minutes before the service center closed for the day. I was told there were no techs and to come early on Monday. Samer Hilmy, came to the service center and went into problem solving mode. As he went to find someone to assist, Gaby Lima appeared and ask if she could assist. I told her about the air conditioner and she simply said "Let me take a look". Gaby came out adjusted some knobs and explained some possibilities for this issue and next steps. Her thoughtfulness to assist me at the end of her days is greatly appreciated. It made me feel confident in choosing Jaguar Land Rover Bethesda. More
