I was told I'd be out in 1-1. 5 hours for my oil change, it was more than 2.5 hours. They found an issue with my wiper sprayer and repaired it under warranty which likely added tim 5 hours for my oil change, it was more than 2.5 hours. They found an issue with my wiper sprayer and repaired it under warranty which likely added time. Was told I needed new brakes, still recovering from the estimate of $1600/axle. I called back the next day for a better understanding of what I would get replaced for that price. More

Sales representative Gaby Lima is fantastic. But a shortage of techs meant that the repairs took a long time. In addition, the problem turned out to be a fuel gage that gave false information, But a shortage of techs meant that the repairs took a long time. In addition, the problem turned out to be a fuel gage that gave false information, which caused us to run out of gas - a significant safety issue. The manual also points out that running out of fuel can cause catalytic converter damage. Something like this should be covered by a lifetime warranty and not the reason for a $2000+ repair. More
