Land Rover Bethesda

Cheryl and Debbie were amazing. We had a bit of a rough start as it was late when we left the dealership and we didn't understand all of the features about the car. Debbie stayed late with us and walked us through the finance paperwork that night and when we returned on Saturday, Debbie sat with us again to answer a few things we weren't 100% sure about (again it was late when we left the dealership earlier that week). On Saturday, Cheryl spent almost 2 hours with us helping us understand everything about the car. Cheryl helped us discover that we were missing quite a few things from inside the car (not sure why they were missing) but she helped us get the things that were supposed to be included including a carrier for the inside of the car, first aid kit, etc. This follow up and time spent ensured our customer success. We can buy a car anywhere but the extra time and effort spent with us will ensure we come back and refer others to this actual dealership (even though it is farther from us than the other Land Rover dealership). Without this "customer success program" that Cheryl represents, we might have felt like our experience was disjointed but she brought it all together nicely. She is truly an asset to the company and her customers. More
