I bought a 2021 Velar from this dealership in April. The sales process was amazing, and so was Ernest . The team is great! Since it was getting replaced in Tennessee and I was going to be out of a vehicle, Cheryl Stewart made sure I could use one of their loaners for over a week. I got the car back from Tennessee and 36 miles later it broke down again. Again, Cheryl had a loaner ready for me while they diagnosed the issue. It was about a week, but the service department went above and beyond to test drive it to ease my fears of it breaking down again. Since I am about 40 miles from the dealership Cheryl once again worked with the Service Department Manager Phillip and had my car delivered to me at work and the loaner picked up by a professional and courteous representative from the service department. The Velar came back to me washed AND with a full tank of gas. Cheryl made sure I was aware of the situation every step of the way and I was confident that the issue would be resolved with as little inconvenience to me as possible. More
