After some online research, I settled on Bethesda Jaguar. Without question, the rave reviews for Cheryl Stewart, Customer Relations Manager, were critical to my decision. Having experienced firsthand the outstanding customer care so many people wrote about, I can personally attest that Cheryl is at the top of her game, and in a league of her own! From my first contact with Cheryl, she has gone the extra mile to make me feel like I am part of the Bethesda Jaguar family, even though I purchased elsewhere. Cheryl knows her stuff, provides personalized, hands-on service, and works hard to ensure that all her customers (even those who purchase elsewhere) have a positive experience. When I met Cheryl in person, she told me that her number one goal is to exceed customer expectations. As far as I’m concerned, she has done exactly that. 5 Star Service Delivery From a Great Team I recently purchased a full size Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover of Bethesda and my buying experience was nothing short of amazing. The sales repre I recently purchased a full size Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover of Bethesda and my buying experience was nothing short of amazing. The sales representative Derrick Reason was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various features of the truck as this was my first Range Rover. Not only did he educate me, he also made sure to ask me about the things I didn't know I needed in a truck so that I got the right one. Once I made a decision, the Sales Manager Jon Andersen made sure I got the best financing deal possible. He also went above the call of duty by staying overtime (I was the last customer and came in 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close) and answered all my questions. He also assisted me in getting a great trade in value for my Escalade. And then...there was Cheryl Stewart! Like all the other reviews you'll read, Cheryl is absolutely the best. She spent over an hour walking me through all the features and gave me a thorough overview that started at 10,000 feet and eventually ended at ground zero. Cheryl truly believes that an educated customer is a better customer to serve. She handled me with cake love and even followed up with me several days later to make sure I was good. If your in the market for a Range, I highly recommend that you visit Jaguar Land Rover of Bethesda and ask for Derrick, Jon and especially Cheryl. More

There was only one hiccup and that was my interaction with Chris O’Banion’s manager which almost caused me to purchase a vehicle from another dealership however the professional handling of the situation by Mitch Henson, the General Manager reassured me of Jaguar Land Rover of Bethesda’s dedication and commitment to providing great customer service. I’d like to add that Chris O’Banion is an ultimate professional sales executive, he is the best that I have experienced in all my years of vehicle purchasing, from start to finish he made me feel good about my purchase. Now I have to say the highlight of my purchase was my interaction with Ms. Cheryl Stewart. Cheryl is first class in customer service. She truly made me feel like a beloved family member. And then there is Cheryl Stewart. Cheryl is wonderful. I may go back, just to say "hello" and see her radiant smile. She was thoroughly professional, pleasant and patient walking me through the on-line app and the car, with all the various settings (OK, I may just "forget" something just to go back!) She walked me diligently on how to "operate" my new Jaguar. This mind you isn't trivial. Never once did she equivocate, or have to say: "let me check." She was a real professional, just like Garrett.
