My name is Jazz and I purchased a 2009 Infiniti G37 Journey Coupe from this dealership and overall my experience was less than the average expectation My name is Jazz and I purchased a 2009 Infiniti G37 Journey Coupe from this dealership and overall my experience was less than the average expectation. I have purchased about 6 vehicles in my lifetime so far and I have had 6 different experiences to compare to. I have always purchased from a name brand dealership (ex. Jeep, Honda, etc.) Because this way, they have better business ethics and protocols set by a corporate management team for the ultimate customer satisfaction rate. Starting off, I called to arrange an appointment to check out the vehicle with a sales manager Samantha C. who was wonderful in the handling of my interest. I always ask as many questions as I can before ultimately making my decision and Samantha was exceptionally patient when I was asking away. I am very picky in the selection of my next vehicle as these decisions will alter your finances for the next couple of years so it's essential to have comfort before heading out the door. One routine I ensure to make is making use of one of the lifts in the service area to inspect the underside of the vehicle for any rust, and Marco in the service department was the best of the best at this dealership. Him along with Samantha were the dynamic duo and it helped me gain peace of mind for this entire process. Moving forward however, after all the paperwork is signed. The game of "search and find" began. I called to check the status of my registration and license plates, then was transferred to the accounting department who has a full voicemail. So with this being the case, no one else in dealership can help me except the representative in the accounting department. I was then connected again to Samantha who ensured me I would be contacted when the items arrived. The call never came, I purchased the car off the lot Jan. 14th, 2019, and usually this process should take no longer than a month. After waiting until the week before my temporary tags expired, I called the dealership once more to request the status of the license plates and request another temp tag if they weren't ready. The representative let me know that the plates were ready after I had to call for them. Remember, it was communicated to me that the dealership would contact me when the plates arrived. Lastly, the dealership staff who I spoke with (not everyone), were professional, it seemed they were a lot of "office shenanigans" going about. I understand the time for play and time for work, but it seems more play was going down. Very unprofessional. Overall, the experience was less than average and if it weren't up to Samantha and Marco, I would have just felt like "another number" who after purchases the car, gets kicked in the butt out the door. Would I do the entire experience again? Only if Samantha and Marco are there :) Hope this review helps in your decision making process. More
