In-control activation and license plates pick up. I recently went home the dealership to pick up my new license plates. When Cheryl found out that I had not activated my In-control system she immedia I recently went home the dealership to pick up my new license plates. When Cheryl found out that I had not activated my In-control system she immediately walked me through the set up without hesitation to make sure I had everything needed for my road trip that day. She is always smiling, is generous with her compliments and knows the ins and outs of the complex electronics on our Jag How can one not like Cheryl? She patiently guided us through the process, and assured us that she will always be available should we ever have more concerns. She is a Jewel to be treasured. David Engel constantly kept us informed as to the status of our special order vehicle. Along the way, he was always willing to meet with us to settle any concerns we managed to find and graciously treated us always with respect.
