Misrepresentation I was not surprised when I saw a similar complaint to mine. Salesman took my deposit and was to hold the vehicle until I arrived from the west coast. In the meantime the dealership sold the car without informing me nor did they refund the deposit! I have had to make numerous calls in the meantime to try and resolve the problem. When I finally threatened legal action (something I normally abhor), the salesman Augie Borges stated "I look forward to it"! I have never seen anything like it.
