Decided it was time to start to really figure out what I wanted so I went back and they have a new Sales Manager named Amanda who is wonderful and greeted me, the sales person that showed me the cars named Sam was non pressure and quite honestly a lot of fun, and Nick the other manager and Amanda made me decide to buy a demo on the floor. Love my new truck, love this dealership its nice to work with a woman at a dealership for once and the place looks really nice. I feel like I got a good deal and really liked everyone that helped me. Now I can go back every other Saturday for a free hand car wash, I'm going to keep my baby clean! More

50 Shade of Shady Do NOT buy from this shady place! They stole my order and sold my car to someone else. I had ordered a Range Rover from them, but their customer s Do NOT buy from this shady place! They stole my order and sold my car to someone else. I had ordered a Range Rover from them, but their customer service was so poor through the process. They make you feel like they are too busy for you, even though there's hardly anyone ever in the showroom. So a few days after, I canceled my order (which they gave me the runaround to do). I went to Tyson's and placed my order there instead. 3 months later, I find out that Bethesda/Rockville had my order re-routed and sold the car to someone else!!! Shame on Tyson's for never even checking on my order, but more shame on Bethesda for being so petty andshady that they had to steal my order from Tyson's to sell a car. Brian was the sales manager. I ordered a 2014 Jaguar F-Type May 27th and it was due to arrive August 19th +/- 2 weeks. I was a very easy sell and did not even take a test drive. All the dealer had to do was deliver the car as agree to arrive August 19th +/- 2 weeks. I was a very easy sell and did not even take a test drive. To make a long story short, the staff were unwilling to accurately pinpoint delivery of the vehicle despite my requests to do so until I called Jaguar USA and triggered an investigation. Then they took action but it was too little too late. I simply do not care for the way I have been handled at this dealership. There is a condescending air about the place. Each time I have visited the show room to check on the delivery there has been at least one exchange that made me question why I would want to get in any deeper with Manhattan and fight with them when I bring the car in for service. I used to think Jaguar meant superior luxury and customer service. The reality is I get superior customer service from my Volkswagen Dealer from whom I bought a Jetta so you do the math. I have never been so excited to buy a car and then so utterly disappointed due to all the madness. Bottom line I cancelled the order. I am no math major, but who buys a roadster convertible in October only to sit in the garage and depreciate over the winter? I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. More
Visited many dealerships before seeing a 2013 Ford Mustang at Manhattan Auto. When I first walked in I met Jonathan and he showed me the car. I really, really lucked out being pair with Jonathan because he went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I had spoken to other salesmen via email and phone call at the dealership before i went in and none of them worked as hard to make me happy as Jonathan did. When i show my new car to friends none of them can believe what I actually paid. Great dealership, will definitely buy from there again, If your looking to buy from there any time soon I recommend Jonathan Smith! More

Manhattan, Bethesda Jaguar is not a slick, glittering, sales and service dealership for Jaguar which is large, bustling and typically impersonal. Rather it is a small and down-to-earth, family- run Jagu sales and service dealership for Jaguar which is large, bustling and typically impersonal. Rather it is a small and down-to-earth, family- run Jaguar and Land Rover Dealership in business and run by the same family since 1914 which specializes in personal service. I have purchased 5 Jaguars from this dealer and serviced them all here. I have never ever had anything in my relations with its staff but the most thoughtful, accommodating, honest and forthright experience. Brian Armstrong, its Sales Manager is knowledgeable and pleasant. He is the go-to person on any matter relating to sales. Joe Simoules is a Master Jaguar Service Advisor with 24 years experience. He is patient, thoughtful, courteous and always gets the job done to the customer’s satisfaction. If ever an issue has to go to a higher level, David Bohn, the Director of Parts and Service is always available to trouble shoot. He listens to the customer, cares about his/her concerns and solves whatever problem needs to be attended. And, most important, in the shop where the work is done, is Ram Sidhu, “Sid”, the jewel of Manhattan Bethesda Jaguar. “Sid” hails from England; he trained at the Jaguar factory in Coventry in 1969. He is a distinguished recipient of the City and Guilds of London Award with Distinction in 1972. In England he was the Shop Foreman at Henlys of London. He immigrated to the USA in 1993. Since then, at Manhattan Bethesda Jaguar and Land Rover, he won the Jaguar Technicians Guild Competition in 2004, 2005. He is ASE Master Technician and has won the L1 Advanced Diagnostic Technician status. Sid has taken more than 60 training courses from Jaguar/Land Rover. I can attest to the fact that if you buy a Jaguar at Manhattan Bethesda you will get the best service on your car available anywhere in the United States, let alone other dealers in the Maryland area. Without a doubt, anyone interested in buying a Jaguar in the Maryland/Washington DC/Virginia area would be very, very wise, and always be pleased if they bought it at Manhattan Bethesda Jaguar. More

The Sales Rep I worked with (Sam)knew what he was talking about when it came to the Land Rover and he went out of his way to help me make a great birthday gift. Not to mention the Finance manager who went out of here way to make a big bow for my daughter's vehicle and never would entertain a penny for her efforts. Bottom line : These people care.
