I want to thank my LR2 assistant service manager, Gaby Lima during the past 6-months for superb customer support, caring attitude and for her outstanding leadership shown during Dec 2022-May 2023. My 2008 LR2, back in Dec 2022, signaled a warning message on the dashboard indicating “Transmission Traction Reduced”. I contacted Gaby who immediately processed the service appointment on the spot. while processing the maintenance appointment, she further indicated to me that once the problem assessment is determined she would keep me updated. A few days later, Gaby informed me the visual inspections found the haldex unit leaked all fluid out and had burned the internal pump. The estimated repair cost would have been expensive however, after further review of my L/R record on file, Gaby indicated there is a possibility that my Veritus Extended Warranty could be further reviewed and request for further evaluation. All supporting documents and pictures taking by maintenance were submitted and in the end, the repair parts were covered within my Extended warranty. Bottomline, even though the final repairs were finally completed in May 2023, it took that time to receive the repairs part from the UK, shipping as we all knew took time. But, gaby kept me informed and through her strong leadership and maintenance background skills plus her willingness to customer support provide means of transportation during the entire period. I will continue, and in the going future having Gaby Lima as my Primary Service Maintenance Manager. Thank you all who supported this unexpected downtime. Especially, the font desk lady who processed and kept providing Loaner Transportation during times of need. My family and I appreciated the support rendered by all involved. The maintenance repairs completed were professionally executed and tested. I’m here to say “Job Well Done” in time of need. My LR2, 2008 is back into superb running condition. In closing, I want to add the two front desk employees (Lesli and Zay) that provided exceptional customer support in processing my paperwork, and ensuring my Family and I were kept in transportation in scheduling the Loaner Car during the above mentioned period. Lesli and Kay presented themselves in a professional manner and were definitely knowledgeable and pleasant attitudes in a professional manner during hard times as we were experiencing actually made our experience a Happy and Satisfying One. Thank you Lesli and Zay, for your Professionalism that was shown to us throughout this period. Not only the above maintenance issue, our LR2 received two additional/separate maintenance appointments shortly after involving complete oil changes, complete tire rotation, replacing a new battery as well replacing the driver rear window regulator back to full operation. Once again, the 3- staff key players performed their duties in an exceptional manner, very busy not never flawed in providing great customer service and always greeted us with great respect and honest integrity. During a period requiring much maintenance/repairs need the staff support was just superb. The customer support rendered by our Asst Service Mgr (Gaby) was outstanding and professionally managed as well from the front desk staff (Lesli and Kay). Their approach to customer support/ service rendered each visit was outstanding and admirable. The 3-mentioned in all of the above had always rendered outstanding customer support and the 3-definitely work successfully as a Team effort. We really appreciated how we were treated with respect and as a part member/customer within the LandRover Bethesda Team.
