She always greets me by my name and makes me feel welcome. That's really an important thing, especially since when I am at the dealership it's usually for a problem with the car and so it helps make it a more pleasant experience. Cheryl has explained the features of several of my new cars at delivery and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She always goes above and beyond to help in any situation....Sales or service. I needed some paperwork after getting hit in a loaner vehicle and no one was providing me with thorough information regarding the process or other employees that I needed to speak with. Having experienced firsthand the outstanding customer care so many people wrote about, I can personally attest that Cheryl is at the top of her game, and in a league of her own! From my first contact with Cheryl, she has gone the extra mile to make me feel like I am part of the Bethesda Jaguar family, even though I purchased elsewhere. Cheryl knows her stuff, provides personalized, hands-on service, and works hard to ensure that all her customers (even those who purchase elsewhere) have a positive experience. When I met Cheryl in person, she told me that her number one goal is to exceed customer expectations. As far as I’m concerned, she has done exactly that. Cheryl Stewart I walked in just to pick up my car. Then I realized I never set up the remote start. I stopped an associate to assist me with this need. Everyone seemed to be occupied on their phones talking football stats. A gentleman started to help me, but then got frustrated and dropped me off with Cheryl. She stepped in and was extremely helpful. She was friendly, kind, service oriented, and dedicated to changing my experience. She is great with remote set up. She is one to keep on the team. Felt they could have communicated a little more and sooner. Also they did not wash the vehicle and left the doors covered in finger prints and smudges. I did have a great experience with Cheryl Stewart who helped me setup my Land Rover App and explain how to use it. Made sure I was comfortable before she would let me leave! More
