Felt they could have communicated a little more and sooner. Also they did not wash the vehicle and left the doors covered in finger prints and smudges. I did have a great experience with Cheryl Stewart who helped me setup my Land Rover App and explain how to use it. Made sure I was comfortable before she would let me leave! More
