My 2020 F-Type was due for a Factory Required Annual Service and I booked this with ease online. Within a few minutes, Crystal Vanderpuij called me (and remembered me from the last year!) and confirmed Service and I booked this with ease online. Within a few minutes, Crystal Vanderpuij called me (and remembered me from the last year!) and confirmed all the details. Crystal also checked the Jag in for the service and kept me informed as to status, issues and time of pick up. She had the car washed by hand for me also. I cannot speak highly enough of this personalized, courteous and professional service shown by Crystal and the check-in lane gentlemen, all of whom made me feel very welcome and part of the JLR family. I have been taking my F-type here for 5 years. The service department is probably the best I have experienced. My service advisor, Crystal, was great. She made sure that I understood all of the suggested repairs and arranged for my ride home. They even replaced one of my O2 sensors under warranty, which was surprising. Highly recommend taking your Jaguar or Rover there. More
