My 2020 F-Type was due for a Factory Required Annual Service and I booked this with ease online. Within a few minutes, Crystal Vanderpuij called me (and remembered me from the last year!) and confirmed Service and I booked this with ease online. Within a few minutes, Crystal Vanderpuij called me (and remembered me from the last year!) and confirmed all the details. Crystal also checked the Jag in for the service and kept me informed as to status, issues and time of pick up. She had the car washed by hand for me also. I cannot speak highly enough of this personalized, courteous and professional service shown by Crystal and the check-in lane gentlemen, all of whom made me feel very welcome and part of the JLR family. More
