I came in for a schedule oil and fluid check and to diagnose a noise I’m steering shaft. The told me oil change would be done by 10:30 and diagnostic by noon. I called at noon and at 1 and at 2. They finally called me and said that they hadn’t finished. Had to call them back and after a lot of back and forth they needed to keep overnight and I they would call me at 11:30 the next day. They did not have a loaner but did give me a Lyft ride which I appreciated. They were apologetic but I if I had known they we going to have my truck overnight I would not have had them do the diagnostic. They need to honor their word by calling when they say they would and improve their communication. More

Crystal, my service advisor, went above & beyond. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle as well as all repairs needed. Her attitude & customer service skills are excellent.
