On the 10th of June I drove to the service center because the air conditioning was not working. I arrived 15 minutes before the service center closed for the day. As he went to find someone to assist, Gaby Lima appeared and ask if she could assist. I told her about the air conditioner and she simply said "Let me take a look". Gaby came out adjusted some knobs and explained some possibilities for this issue and next steps. Her thoughtfulness to assist me at the end of her days is greatly appreciated.
