Brought my vehicle in because the engine light was on and the whole vehicle was scarily shaking, it was not driveable (2023 range rover w/ less than 20k miles). It took 1 1/2 weeks to get 'fixed' if you woul the whole vehicle was scarily shaking, it was not driveable (2023 range rover w/ less than 20k miles). It took 1 1/2 weeks to get 'fixed' if you would call it that. I was told it needed new engine mounts. When I finally got it back the engine light came back on almost immediately & it was shaking bad again. It was not safe to drive. I took it back the next morning & maryam told me there were no loaner vehicles available anymore, luckily Timo was able to help me with something to drive. Waiting to hear what the problem is 'diagnosed' to be this time. Hope I get a driveable vehicle back this time. More
