DO NOT BUY OR SELL FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I had sold a vehicle to this dealership and 10 days after we signed the paperwork they said they no longer wanted the vehicle and threatened to have it impounded vehicle to this dealership and 10 days after we signed the paperwork they said they no longer wanted the vehicle and threatened to have it impounded if I did not pick it up within 24 hours...Just so everyone is aware I Bought this vehicle from them and was a customer and this is how I was treated. They hid documentation of the sale saying "We no longer have those documents" Modified the vehicle I sold to them and listed it for sale before calling me, stating the car had issues which were MINOR... The ownership President did nothing about this and I almost lost out on buying a home because the sale did not happen. This dealership is full of Liars and Crooks. I highly recommend the Alexandria and Bethesda Land Rover if you would like to buy a Range Rover. More

I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover of Chantilly’s service department. My experiences with them has been excellent and I commend them for standing behind their work. Although in most cases repairs are service department. My experiences with them has been excellent and I commend them for standing behind their work. Although in most cases repairs are done right the first time, I recently encountered an issue that needed to be readdressed. Rather than the service team denying accountability, they extended the offer to make it right without hesitation, and no extra charge. In doing so, I was given a loaner car until all repairs were complete and I was satisfied with the work done. I haven’t had any issues since. That level of integrity and transparency is a model that other dealerships should follow. Specifically, I’d like commend my service advisor, Anna, and the service manager, Kevin for keeping me in loop during the repairs and assuring me that any and all related issues will be resolved promptly. I could not have asked for better service and will highly recommend and refer them to anyone needing automotive service and repair. Keep up the great work Anna, Kevin and the service department team.
