I bought a used locally owned Range Rover Autobiography from this dealer online. When the car was shipped to me it immediately had problems, it was leaking water inside. The service manager is a wonderful from this dealer online. When the car was shipped to me it immediately had problems, it was leaking water inside. The service manager is a wonderful man that stated it was an existing problem and if they had known it would’ve been wholesaled. The water took out the navigation, audio system, blind spot recognition, and rear power seat. They discounted their service but knowing it was an existing problem after the diagnosis, it really made me feel taken advantage of. Legally they weren’t under any obligation but ethically they were. I’ve bought several cars online and this is my only bad experience. Full retail plus on a low mileage locally owned dealer serviced vehicle and basically told, we’ll discount the work but that’s all, it took two months. I asked if they would give my money back towards the purchase of a new or different vehicle, the offer was insulting for something they delivered defective. Matt (service manager) is an awesome guy but I would not recommend buying from the dealership. This is factually correct, again the service manager is awesome but the deal really wasn’t good. More
