The dealership itself is awesome! The staff is super friendly and courteous. However I waited 4 hours for service! Literally waited in the dealership. They didn’t have any loaners so for 4 hours, I just sat. I live an hr and 15 minutes away so I couldn’t call a friend or family member for a ride. I chose to purchase a luxury vehicle because I thought I would get treated like royalty during service appointments (like at the Lexus dealerships I visited before deciding to purchase a Rover). I would love to give them 5 stars. And if it weren’t for the long wait and lack of loaners, I would. Come on Land Rover!! More

My experience with Aaron Bush was a 10 plus!!! He was the reason I got my new Range Rover Sport. From start to finish he went out of his way to send me the list of incoming inventory, order details, dow the reason I got my new Range Rover Sport.
