I needed a new key. Never could get Parts Dept to answer phone so had to drive to dealership to order key. It took several weeks for the new key to come in. Then it took several more weeks for an appointmen phone so had to drive to dealership to order key. It took several weeks for the new key to come in. Then it took several more weeks for an appointment. No loaner cars. No courtesy vehicle. So frustrating. If not for my lovely service advisor, Linda Hughes, who always goes above & beyond, I would probably go to another dealer out of town. More
