Amazing Experience - Abraham It was such a good experience working with the team at Land Rover, Columbia. From the 1st day I walked into the dealership and met Darryl and Michael It was such a good experience working with the team at Land Rover, Columbia. From the 1st day I walked into the dealership and met Darryl and Michael; I had a positive feeling about purchasing a car this time around. Darryl took me on a test drive and showed me all the detail features in the car. I told Darryl and Michael that I needed time to think this over. There was no pressure to buy and they both assured me that they would work with me closely and they did. The 2nd day I went in and made the decision to buy, the whole team worked with me to purchase the car of my dream. The turnaround time to complete the deal was amazing. Professional, friendly, and efficient...... James Bray was very helpful and customer oriented. I would have given five stars but as I was driving home the n"maintenance required" light came on, James Bray was very helpful and customer oriented. I would have given five stars but as I was driving home the n"maintenance required" light came on, but it had been serviced prior to me leaving the dealership. I called James and he checked with some one on what to do and told another person would call me back to get it solved. It is the next day and no one has called me. Drove the car later that night and the windshield fogged up requiring the wipers to be used. I did everything I could think of to defog the windshield, including checking the owner's manual and following the instructions that did not work either. This is a safety issue and must be corrected so I will email and/or call James and let him know. It seem this happens when the ambient temp drops at night and the AC is used. More

Everyone was so friendly and was ready to put me into the car I wanted. The test drive was smooth and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I did not feel rushed, got my questions answered, and was thus able to make an immediate decision to do business Land Rover Columbia and Matt. After driving two and a half hours the next day to purchase the vehicle, we were greeted by a young man (Sorry I don't remember his name) who offered us water/snacks and then immediately showed us the vehicle. He explained the various features. He was also very kind, customer service oriented, helpful, and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable. Soon afterwards, Matt returned from an appointment and took to test drive the vehicle. Upon returning, the paperwork was completed and we were off to purchase another vehicle twenty minutes up the road. Overall, we had an awesome experience! We received prompt attention and service at every turn. Our time was not wasted, I purchased the vehicle I came for , and had a pleasant and memorable experience. Jaguar Land Rover Columbia Rocks! People make the difference! I spend my money with people I like, who treat me with respect, and like they want my business. Stressful Salesman I had worked with previous day was not there. The car that I bought did not have the features of the one I drove and it was not brought to m Salesman I had worked with previous day was not there. The car that I bought did not have the features of the one I drove and it was not brought to my attention. If it had been I would have purchased the one that was quite a bit more $. The fact that you do not take personal checks was a tremendous hassle....never in my life have I ever had to write a check to the salesman rather than the dealer!!! When I told Chris I would wait and come back the next day so I could work with Darryl, no matter the pressure I should have walked away. Definitely, a lesson learned! 2017 F-Pace More
