I have tried to follow up with this dealership on multiple occasions to request they get this resolved and they never follow up or return my calls or emails. I finally gave up and filed a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and Land Rover Corporate as this dealership refuses to assist. The also failed to deliver items promised at delivery and have also ignored my follow up requests for those. Worst dealership experience I've ever had with after sale assistance. More

If I could put zero stars I would. I drove 4 hours to see a car that they knew was sold 3 days prior. I had an appointment, I even spoke with the salesman before leaving on the drive.
