The service at this dealership is beyond terrible. I bought a new Jaguar in 2024. I love the car but not so much the service at this dealership. I had what should have been a small problem several months ago that took them more than a month to figure out. Once the head shop guy talked to me, he knew instantly knew what it was. Meanwhile, I was without my care for about a month. Fast forward to today. I got a estimate for work that seemed way to high to me. I asked for the breakdown of parts v. labor, and the hours and hourly rare for labor. What do you know, they "miscalculated the labor amount" by $600. Ooops. Then when I picked up my car, there was a $99.89 "shop charge" despite me paying over $2,400 for repairs. I asked them what that was for and they said "special tools." I pressed them on that answer and they said it was to bill for "unbillable stuff." I said unbillable means unbillable. The guy just looked at me and said that's what we do. They are terrible. More
