We bought a brand new Velar from them in the summer of '21. This was our second RR from this dealership. No problems with the buying process. 3 weeks into ownership this car lost all electrical power. '21. This was our second RR from this dealership. You could never get a loaner car for weeks at a time or an appointment to get it fixed. One of my loaner cars was a banged up RR that smelled like body odor and had front end damage. They "fixed" it multiple times and eventually suggested we should look into the lemon law to have it replaced. Of course, head quarters denied that option as this was a "fixable problem." I will say that Bill McCauley always tried to get the problem fixed but general management and the service factor are severely lacking for a high end car purchase. There are no services like oil changes included like at every other car dealership. Which brings me to mid December 2022-problem happened again-electrical went out yet again. We called immediately and we were told they would get back to us ASAP with a date for an appointment and a loaner car. It's now January 4th and we still have not heard from them. I was expected to drive this high end car that we bought from them brand new with spotty electrical service (no interior lights, no navigation system, no carplay, no radio or Sirius XM etc) for who knows how long AGAIN! Sorry no more RR purchases from this family-traded it in and happy to say BMW in Towson will get our business from here on out. Run- don't walk- as far from Land Rover in Hunt Valley as possible. I replaced the turbo on my Range Rover myself as the factory turbo is welded together and it cracked which is very common. When I finished it wasn't working quite right so I took it Land Rover Hunt Vall factory turbo is welded together and it cracked which is very common. When I finished it wasn't working quite right so I took it Land Rover Hunt Valley and spent 330$ for them to tell me that aftermarket turbo's do not work in Range Rovers and quoted me 7,000$ to replace. After a little research I adjusted the wastegate actuator and the vehicle works better than new. I would be very sceptical of any diagnosis this place gives you. More
