Only concern is not being able to get a loaner when needed while car is kept for more than a day. This was a perk that was discussed when we purchased our vehicle. I cannot understand HOW this dealership has such sparkling reviews, unless they've paid for them or these reviews are fake. Since Mr. Frankel isn't there anymore, the only concern they have is to ta sparkling reviews, unless they've paid for them or these reviews are fake. Since Mr. Frankel isn't there anymore, the only concern they have is to take your money no matter how you feel. Recently, I've again had to return my Range Rover for warranty work and tried to call in-for 2 days. The service advisor said they've been instructed to NOT answer the phone. I guess the Service Manager is too good to work for his paycheck and provide the service a six-figure, luxury car buyer should get. Again, these reviews could NOT be real. I suppose that if I did exactly what Land Rover Hunt Valley told me to and did everything their way, and didn't care that I spent 150k on this car, I would probably give a good review too. I have found this staff to flat-out lie to me. Additionally, they have turned the staff over several times because of how poorly the dealer management is. This is real, inside information. You don't even want me to get started on the poor-quality autos that Land Rover makes. More
