I’m very sorry you’re disappointed, we try very hard to insure every customer is happy. As we discussed on the phone, unfortunately the 2005 Jaguar you were interested in did not meet our strict guidelines for pre-owned inventory, and was sold to a wholesaler. I appreciate you reaching out -- However, with all due respect, Hunt Valley Land Rover has had ample time to try to address the issues raised in my review; I have provided my detailed feedback, name, vehicle purchase date, & service dates both by phone & by mail multiple times in response to Land Rover requests for feedback following each service received. Nothing changed for the better and, in fact, I would assert that each subsequent experience actually became increasingly worse over the past 1-2 yrs.
