Great Customer Service I have approximately 24 videos of the light issue I have been having with my car which has spanned over 18 months. I have had to take my car into the shop (in Annapolis) more than 10 times regarding this issue. They have, for years, thrown their hands up and said they couldn't find anything. I brought my car in for the light issue around Christmas for the first time to Hunt Valley. It is not much into January and less than a month later and I believe we have made more progress on the issue than over 18 months at Annapolis. LEON actually wanted to find the problem. Asked more questions and showed more interest and concern about the issue than all of the customer service reps, manager, and technician combined from Annapolis. Leon gave me his cell phone and personal email to see the videos and pictures and to call him upon the same issue. I did, not 72 hours after leaving your shop. He was attentive and made an immediate appoint ment for him' just to take a look'. He was able to capture some data which he, as well as I, believes puts us closer to finding out this issue. This issue has not only been extremely frustrating, caused me doubt in my so loved vehicle, but also used a tremendous amount of my time (probably over 20+ hours not to mention being without my car for days on end). I feel like Leon actually cared and was respectful of all mentioned above. Leon, certainly goes above and beyond -- and for you - that is priceless. For me that is a 10 in the customer service. I was very pleased with the service I received from Frankel recently from the Land Rover store. My Land Rover need an interior piece replaced but they didn't have in stock. Its was still in its new car warranty and they said they would order and call me when it came in. Jeff not only called me when my part came in but came and picked it up from my work,replaced the part and dropped it back off to me later that evening. I appreciate how he went out of his way to make in convenient for me. More
UNBELIEVABLY rude & unprofessional....When looking to purchase a car from them, 'Brad' in Sales told me the ones in which I was interested were "out of my price range" (though I had not yet had a convers purchase a car from them, 'Brad' in Sales told me the ones in which I was interested were "out of my price range" (though I had not yet had a conversation with them about price ranges); when I asked to test drive a particular model that was being advertised as available on their website, I was told I could not test drive it b/c it was parked out back b/c the owner wanted to use it for several days; when I asked how the various off roading mechanisms worked I was simply told I "wouldn't need them." After months of promising to get the Range Rover I desired in stock, they never followed through so I ultimately purchased my '08 Range Rover at another Land Rover dealership --- & got it for the same price that Hunt Valley Land Rover was demanding for their '06 Range Rovers (of the same mileage, condition & amenities). Regarding repairs, the multi-point inspection reports have contradicted themselves (one visit showing my tires were in dire need of replacement & the next time that they were in excellent condition (when in fact I had done nothing to them since I could tell they had plenty of tread left). On multiple occasions when I got my car back, the ivory leather interior was covered in grease & grime. Service Advisor Jeff Sine has been the WORST ---- he wouldn't/couldn't provide answers to my questions nor was he willing to try to track any down, he kept giving me the runaround. He also would never be up front about the estimated time needed to repair the car (repeatedly promising to have it ready "the next day" but it would ultimately take 2 weeks and he wouldn't call me to give me any sort of heads up when he said he would). And he has spoken down to me each time in such a condescending manner that I am DONE. I will never go back. I don't care how much hassle or extra money it will cost me to go to an alternate dealership or private autoshop ---- It will be 110% worth it to spare me the horrible experience I have to endure at the Hunt Valley Land Rover dealership. I had an appointment for service on Monday. No one ever called me. I called late in the evening and was told that they were just taking my car in to be looked at. This was very strange as it was close to called me. I called late in the evening and was told that they were just taking my car in to be looked at. This was very strange as it was close to their closing time. Tuesday, still no call. I called them late in the day and again was told that they were just now taking my car in to be looked at. Wednesday, still no call. The excuse this time was the mechanic was out sick. Thursday I had to again call them and the service representative had a lot of trouble figuring out who I was or what was being done to my car. They finally did some work on the car and I went in late on Friday to pick it up. They didn't have the car ready and I had to wait for quite a while before they could figure out what they were doing. I picked up my car but had to leave my other car on their lot and pick it up the following day. First thing Saturday morning Paul Darby calls me at work and wants me to get my other car out of the customer parking area. I guess I wasn't considered a customer. Amazingly rude staff, BAD service and the work they did, well, the car still has the same problem. They will never see me there ever again! More
