The repeated disappointment over several visits was enough to convince me to trade my car so that I never have to go here again. I gave them every opportunity to make things right, but this dealership enough to convince me to trade my car so that I never have to go here again. Poor customer service, made appt over 2 weeks ago was told would have loaner car, when I arrived @ 9:00 am was told no loaner because car was not purchased from them, they called lyft service to take me told would have loaner car, when I arrived @ 9:00 am was told no loaner because car was not purchased from them, they called lyft service to take me home...received call at 3:00 saying mileage on car over 79000 most likely service not covered under warranty, advised rep. Adrian my vehicle only had 42,000 miles on it, did not know what car he was talking about.. at that point I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with Grant who said rep had turn numbers around in error , advised him of the Incident with the loaner car. Asked Grant when would car be ready, he said they were just pulling in shop not sure.. my car was there since 9:00am, before leaving I stressed to Adrian that I need my vehicle for transportation....Once Grant said wasn’t sure when Car would be ready advised him that I would be picking car up, do not perform work. More

Adrian & Bill in the service department were very helpful and my service needs were addressed the same day I dropped my vehicle off for service. My vehicle was clean upon being returned to me.
