terrible customer service It sucks that I have to give this place one star, because it's only due to one terrible encounter with one person. I got a letter in the mail about my Jag having a recall. So I call the number to make an appointment to take it in. The guy on the phone was very nice! We set it up for the following Monday. It's now Monday and I get there on time for my appointment. The girl there gets a service advisor and he tells me I'm not on the list for appointments. Mistakes happen I get it, but now this guy Brian is making it seem like it's my fault. As in I just showed up to Jag without an appointment and am lying about it... why the xxxx would I do that? He also tells me there are no parts ordered and I'd have to leave it there over night. Even though the guy on the phone made sure a part was ordered for me. There was no apology or any type of pleasant demeanor from Brian at all. Just attitude and arrogance. I don't get mad when mistakes are made cause we are all human. But to make it my fault with no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience is ridiculous!! Needless to say, I will NEVER do business at this location again for anything. Which sucks because other people I met there were nice. But customer service to me is everything. Once you ruin that, I'm done. Someone needs to train Brian on how to be nice again. More

Excellent dealership, top-notch sales associate(s) We needed an inexpensive, small to medium-sized entry-level car for my wife. Not finding what we were looking for, we decided to look for a Jaguar ag We needed an inexpensive, small to medium-sized entry-level car for my wife. Not finding what we were looking for, we decided to look for a Jaguar again; this time the new XE. This would be my fourth Jaguar in 27 years; I am very happy with my current, 232,000-mile Jaguar XJ8. (I typically get my cars when the model comes out and drive these for 10-13 years or 215,000-250,000 miles). We decided on the XE, because it was reasonably priced and had great reviews. Since I could not locate the color my wife likes locally (we did an on-line search), we decided on Galpin. I have always had good experiences when buying Jaguars, but found the experience at Galpin to be “exceptional”. Our sales associate was Vauhgan Taylor. Vaughan was the perfect person to help us acquire an English car. He is very much in-tune with, and excited about, the product and is very knowledgeable. More importantly, he also is very patient. We felt as if we were the only people in the world. The XE became an F-Pace, as this was a “more practical shopping vehicle”. Vaughan then took us for a spin in an F-Pace. I was surprised that it felt more like a sports car than an SUV; convinced this was the right car for her, we needed to find a color she liked. After looking at every F-Pace on the lot, we decided on the F-Pace S in the showroom; it had everything she liked. Vaughan did a great job guiding us, but in the end, it was my wife who made the decision. What I really liked is that there was no pressure at any time. The fact that we could explore at our own pace resulted in us selecting a vehicle that better fits our needs; although it went from an entry-level to a top of the line vehicle, we are very happy with our decision and with our experience at Galpin. We decided to pick up the car the next morning, as it was rush hour. Pablo helped us get everything ready and programmed. During our time at Galpin, we had brief interaction with other associates; everyone was very professional and courteous. We received a follow-up call from Vaughan, making sure we were happy and making us aware of additional service features. Overall a very good experience. More
