Eric Felder is by far the most amazing car sales executive I've ever been in contact with. He assisted me in finding the right vehicle for my daughter for her first car. He assisted my wife in moving from an SUV, which she loved, to a sedan that, even after about 4 months, still finds a way to bring it up in conversation as often as she can. He got my son his first new car. Every instance of working with Eric, it was as if he was selling your very first car to you. Every member of the Galpin staff, was amazing. I had been to 2 other dealers looking at several different kinds of cars. I knew I was interested in a Volvo but not sure what model so that's what I came in to do, to test drive a Volvo. After finding out the cars I liked didn't come in red, I was ready to walk but that's when our sales person, Justin Permijo stepped up to the plate. He asked questions about my needs and wants, talked about the other makes of cars that were also available in red, but also told me about other deals that were too good to pass up. After having me test drive the car I ultimately bought, he gave me a deal I was could not say no to. I learned even I could be happy changing my mind and loving a silver car. Justin was helpful, friendly, accommodating and just plain great on a very long and stressful day. Thanks Justin, I'll definitely come back to Galpin for any future car purchases.
