I was really hesitant because we both have never purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership before. We had the pleasure of meeting Ivan Merino and Justin Permijo at the dealership and both of these gentlemen welcomed us warmly. Upon arrival we were taken to a licensed Starbucks that was on site and our entire order was complimentary. Mr. Permijo told us about the different cars that were new and offered to let us take whatever we wanted for a test drive without any hesitation. We were escorted to a lot were we picked the car we wanted to take for a ride. We instantly fell in love with the 2017 Lincoln MKZ. We knew after taking the car for a spin that we wanted to move forward with one of the biggest purchases we ever made together. Justin and Ivan made the purchasing process so easy – this was truly a one of a kind experience for us. We cannot thank both of these men enough for all of their help and outstanding customer service. I know when we are ready to purchase another car that we will definitely be back to see them personally. More
