Working with this dealership was the worst experience I went to this dealership with an already approved loan/insurance ready for the new vehicle and downpayment. I came out of this dealership with NO CAR, because the Finance Manager did not know how to process a Capital One approved loan. I was asked more than five-six times to finance through them instead of Capital One, I declined. I waited for three hours with my 8 year old in tow for the finance manager to process the information from Capital One. He comes over to me and ask ME how to process the loan. I recommended for him to call THE CAPITAL ONE NUMBER ON THE PAPER THAT WAS GIVEN TO HIM WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR. Myself and Cap One indicated to him he does not need to run my credit report again and HE DID ANYWAY, (SOMETHING I MADE CLEAR I DIDNT WANT TO HAPPEN), AND then came back to me with an offer outside of the Cap1 financing I came in with. PLEASE be careful if you are considering transactions with this dealership. More

Wonderful experience at Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I was immediately greeted by the service advisor with a smile. My wait wasn't long at all. My first experience at this dealership was what has kept me coming back anytime my Jaguar needs service. I was running late picking my daughter up from school, my car started shaking and the engine light ca me coming back anytime my Jaguar needs service. I was running late picking my daughter up from school, my car started shaking and the engine light came on. Since I was very close to the dealer I stopped in and asked if there was anything they could do, explaining that I was very pressed for time. The service man told me that they were very busy but they would get it in right away for me. While my car was being looked at he walked me to the customer waiting area (which is very nice) and offered refreshments. After about 20 minutes had gone by he told me that if they didn't have an answer soon they could give me a car to use. It turned out shortly after they figured out a problem with the ignition. They had it fixed very quickly and offered to give me a complimentary car wash (which unfortunately I didn't have time for). Everyone was very friendly and polite, they could probably tell I was stressed. After that experience any time my car needs an oil change or repairs I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else. More

My husband and I bought a brand new supercharged range rover back in 2010. Wish we would have known what type of service we would receive after we purchased the car. Besides the fact of my brand new car stopping on me twice and them trying to blame on me, I've had too many issues that were never fixed while under warranty. And yes all were blamed on me. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!!! More

This place has been a nightmare for my husband, He has experienced very poor customer service and car service maintenance, customer disservice is off the charts. Not to mention you have to deal with 5 people and wait for details like on a price... etc. Since he has bought his 2008 Range Rover back in December of 2011, he has dealt with everyone who works there and all have been very rude and unbusiness like conduct from the manager. The car has been repaired and taken in for service over 6 times now and every single time the same problem has not been fixed! It has always been a temporary fix! Disappointedly, this is a 40,000 car! Never deal with this company. Poor service, poor communication, poor responses! Very unsatisfied . I will be sharing this with family friends and co workers. Needless to say My husband and I were thinking of purchasing a 2013 Range Rover Sport Suv for myself but will surely be looking for something else ! More

I had a new Jaguar S Type that was still under warranty. The gear shift went bad, I had to have my car towed to the dealership and it was a huge inconvenience for this to happen with a new car. I gave all 5's because when I brought my car in I was taken care of quickly. I didn't have to wait very long for the work being done and when I got my car back it was clean.
