They were extremely non committal and couldn’t tell me if it would take a week or a month to get my car working again. But they did finish it within 10 days. Though i feel it could have been faster - we knew what the issue was instantly - but it wasn’t too bad. When it comes to quality of service - they were excellent. They were ready to help me out when my car got stuck at a light , got my battery fully replaced at no extra cost . Except that it would have been nice to be covered for a rental when my car is not even starting , otherwise , the service was excellent. More

Daniil was absolutely fabulous. Quick, responsive, and provided me with exactly what I needed. I haven't been able to enjoy the car it has problem after problem, first the it was an issue with the transmission then its an issue with the traction control. This is insane they told me they checked the car, whats the point of buying a car from well known dealership and paying premium for it, if this is the experience that I am getting. Picked up a defender ordered in October. The experience was excellent. The presentation of the car was unique and made you feel special. Overall, a great experience One Critique: The add-on's should be given to you prior to arriving at the dealership. Otherwise, it seems a little back handed. It doesn't give you time to be thorough in your research. Unless of course you do the research in advance (which I didn't). So which of the "protections" make sense? if any? I would prefer everything to be wrapped up in one price on a premium product. (You are already paying 10K over MSRP). More
