Brent was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect match. Everyone we were around was welcoming, even while having our toddler with us. We didn’t work with Taylor directly but in passing she played with my one year old, didn’t make us feel embarrassed for her loudness, and was very nice. We were really nervous having to bring her and they made us feel welcome and worked as quickly as possible. Overall was a great buying experience and the staff were all wonderful to work. Horrible service, I had bought a Jaguar Autobiography from this dealer for my wife and 1.5 months after the rear axel started having issues. I took it to them for repair sense I had extended warranty. 6 from this dealer for my wife and 1.5 months after the rear axel started having issues. I took it to them for repair sense I had extended warranty. 6 weeks later my car was still NOT fixed. I can not express how horrible my experience. 6 weeks later they ask to hold it for another week as they didn't realize they needed to order another part and ask to hold another week or so. I couldn't take it no more. I went and picked up the car and will have another dealer ship complete the repair. 6 weeks in and I got a car back with a bunch of failing errors!!! terrible I will be calling my warranty provider tomorrow and notifying them of what happened for them to not close the claim. More
