This certainly did not cause me a lot of trouble, especially Arby kindly helped me with a rental car while I waited for mine to be done. But, it is puzzling and disappointing and that the parts I needed were not available at the fingertips of the repair staff. Arby's communication was excellent, he's very approachable and was patient with me in explaining what was going on with my car. I send many compliments to you on Arby. Stellar. More
