Nick Hatlock was very professional throughout check-in and check-out. The car was ready at the estimated time. The only point of criticism may seem very small - but is about details - especially when work and check-out. The car was ready at the estimated time. Service was good. However not sure if some or all of the service should have been covered by warranty. Two rep's from Jag USA I spoke to on the phone thought it should.
