Sold the Evoque My wife and I have purchased 2 Range Rovers from this dealership over the last several years and always worked with Sean Kent. Due to all the stay-at-home orders this year because of the Covid-19 pandemic, my wife and I have been working from home and have not driven much for months. We decided to sell her Range Rover Evoque and gave Sean a call. We agreed on a price and were pretty much done within an hour of arriving. My wife and I had a little anxiety after leaving since the process of selling a car does not have the dealership cut you a check right on the spot. We contacted Sean the next day with our concerns, but he quickly put those to rest and said the check would be ready in just a few day, it's just the way their dealership works. A few days later we received the check for the Evoque and are good to go. If you're in the market to purchase a new or used Jaguar / Land Rover vehicle, contact Sean Kent! More

Unfortunate I could not get the cash sent to me from my financial advisor, deposited, and wired until August 3rd. So now the financial department Mel has my wired cash, approved loan, and signed contract along with all paperwork. After two days of waiting, still nothing! If I was in your dealership I be in and out of the finance department and in my car in one hour. The excuse I was given for the delay... Well he is still wrapping up July’s numbers. I am paying for insurance on the new Jaguar as of July 28th, per contract. I am also paying for inson my current Jaguar as I wait for my new car to be “Funded” then I will be allowed to call John to have it shipped. John will take a week to pick up and a week to deliver, which is expected. I did not expect to be placed on the back burner, because I am not sitting at my sales persons desk. In the meantime still waiting... More

GREAT PEOPLE, Poor design I have been coming to this dealership since 2006/07. The people are fantastic. Most service has been good, although many times I have paid for servi I have been coming to this dealership since 2006/07. The people are fantastic. Most service has been good, although many times I have paid for service and oil change only to have fluids that were not topped off. That said, the big complaint... the new design. As a design graduate and employee of a major design firm, I can't help but notice that when I walk to the service area I see a common theme; Looks good. No thought about the client or the employees that sit there all day. I heard them trying to duck out of the way because they cannot hear on the phone because of the customer and the employee next to them. From a customer perspective its like sitting in a fishbowl. Very little fabric anywhere to absorb sound and your sticking out into the aisle way with everyone coming in the door walking buy and hearing everything said between the people on either side. Never mind, the COVID fear some have and the very real scare people have. I would expect this at KIA, not at the usually classy Rover Dealer. Unfortunately this awesome staff was really frustrated and I heard them apologizing to complaints. They have no space in a loud place and now because of social distancing they literally have to raise their voice and sometimes yell to the customer. I observed this while waiting for a ride. Please put some thought into the safety of everyone, your target market ( not KIA) and the end use of design, its not only about looks, its about people using it. Oh, and THANK YOU for having Sally at the lynnwood dealership, she is a fantastic, well spoken person that exemplifies professionalism in the kindest most approachable way. Thanks More
