I had found a car that I was looking for on Cargurus around 11pm, went to the dealer website and requested a chat. Within minutes someone had gotten back to me to schedule a showing at noon the next day around 11pm, went to the dealer website and requested a chat. Within minutes someone had gotten back to me to schedule a showing at noon the next day. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, sales is by appointment only. I met with Tim who was amazing to work with, he had the car cleaned up, gassed up and ready for me before I even arrived. Then when I asked for the window sticker on a used car, although they didn’t have it he was able to find something online for me. He helped me through financing, we chatted about the stock and housing market. Super personable guy. If you ever need a car at this dealership, please go to Tim. He treats the customer as first priority and I would not be surprised if he was the manager. Prior to this car I have had multiple Lexus vehicles and they pride themselves on customer service. I’ve got to say, the dealership experience at Land Rover of Seattle was the best yet. Another thing I loved is that they can text you if you ask. Makes communication so much simpler for me. Shinee and Sally in service was amazing too. They’ll take care of you and keep you updated on everything. More
Too many promises, not enough follow through. Lacking. We had just bought a new XJ, and one of the add on body parts came loose. I called to see if I could bring it in and was told that it would be at leas We had just bought a new XJ, and one of the add on body parts came loose. I called to see if I could bring it in and was told that it would be at least two weeks (and this was under warranty). I looked under the bumper and saw that only three bolts and a screw held it on, with an adhesive strip on the upper part - and that was what had given way. So I took off the part, re-installed the bolts and drove down to the dealership thinking that it was just a bit of adhesive that needed to fix it. Shinee was my contact, and she looked it over, went into the shop and spoke to a tech. She came back and asked it I could come back tomorrow (Tuesday), around noon?, and said that she would call when it was ready to be re-installed. I cleared my Tuesday schedule and waited for the call. Tuesday, at 4:45 I called Shinee (she had not called) and had to leave a voice mail. I asked what the plan was and why hadn't she called? I was polite. Wednesday morning passed with no return call, so I called again at noon, and left another voice mail. By the end of the day, no return phone call (again). I called and left another voice mail Wednesday evening. (Do I really matter as a customer??) And on Thursday morning, I called and spoke with the receptionist who agreed to physically put a note in front of Shinee. That was at 8:30. She called me back, at around 10:30 and said that the part would be ready at 1:00 today. I agreed to the time, and again cleared my schedule for the 2 hour round trip (we live in Stanwood). I arrived and the part was ready. Half an hour later, my car was finished. The real problem was an expectation was set by Shinee, to have the part ready the next day. She failed to meet that expectation, and did not call to help me understand why. She did not return my voice messages until Thursday, 4 days after we spoke. Words mean things and should not be taken lightly, and this is the first time that I have been dissapointed in the customer care at this dealership. We had a prior Jag, and had always had excellent communications and experiences. That is why we bought a new car here: thinking that a standard of care existed. This experience insults the integrity of the long standing client relationship that this dealership had built with us. And it is unprofessional and disappointing. More

Literally drove in to just put eyes on the vehicle vs web shopping and ending finding a good opportunity for a Recently purchased a Land Rover Velar. Literally drove in to just put eyes on the vehicle vs web shopping and ending finding a good opportunity for a very slightly used Velar (1600 miles). We did not drive there with intentions to purchase. But, Tim and BJ worked with us to learn about the Velar and worked out a good price (especially compared to new) on a Velar sitting on the lot. No complaints and would recommend this dealership to others! More
