Purchasing cars can be a less than desirable experience, especially when it comes to negotiating price however this was not the case and Sebastian listened and we were able to work through everything in advance making the transaction seamless when we got there. The vehicle was as expected, clean, full of gas, and ready. If there is any type of bonus for him on the car that is rated based on customer experience, he deserves 100% of it. Also, the finance manager/closer, i think his name was Mel, was very personable and made the final steps enjoyable. More

I have never been greeted that way in a dealership! I actually asked him if I should go somewhere else or come back. Then he started to back pedal. The sales guy did too when I asked a question after he got the sale at the end. Was nice while trying to get the sale. Really sorry for interuppting and wanting to purchase an SUV! I am a happy smiley person with no enemies. Dont even think Ive ever written a negative review. I have other things that negatively happened here but unless you actually do something about this review Im not wasting my time. I plan to send a letter to headquarters anyway at least let them know. Im in management and if my employees treated someone like this I would want to know. Thought I would have supreme service from this top dealership. Felt like a typical slimey car dealership. Patching a flat tire in no time I got a nail in one of the tires and wanted to get the car to the dealer to fix it. i tried to schedule online but the next available date was 3 weeks I got a nail in one of the tires and wanted to get the car to the dealer to fix it. i tried to schedule online but the next available date was 3 weeks out, so instead I called the dealer and tolder the receptionist about my situation. She connected me to a service appointment advisor and got me booked the same day at 3pm. They were able to get everything done by 4:45pm. I basically just chilled a bit there and drove away with my car patched and washed. So a very good experience for me. More
