Lots of little issues that made it an overall super inconvenient experience at Lynnwood Jaguar. I was pushed back a week to fix my AC, which I was told was under warranty, because they didn’t have a l inconvenient experience at Lynnwood Jaguar. I was pushed back a week to fix my AC, which I was told was under warranty, because they didn’t have a loaner. A week later, and still no loaner car, but no big deal at this point, so I bring it in and start borrowing family various members’ cars. A week later and I pick it up the find the AC is still not working. I bring in a second time, they say they found the real issue this time! Cheers! Another week+ later, the AC is still not functioning properly. This time I didn’t even make it home, I just turned around on the highway. The next day, I get a call saying my car is no longer under warranty because it is a salvaged title. They still can’t tell me what’s wrong with the AC. I think these issues could have been avoided with a- more loaner cars, and b-not going in for maintenance during both a COVID19 pandemic and in the midst on the riots which called some of their staff into the national guard. More

There were some delays related to pandemic issues, but it seems that is the norm in working things out during this time. I have been a customer for over 12 to 15 years. Because the last lease I bought out, I'm no longer getting the perk of a loaner car. I'm still in the franchise though and will continue to be. I think you might take a look at not only the car that was bought but the length of time the person has been as a customer and extend some perks given those considerations. Just a suggestion. Thanks! They worked for over a month to find me the vehicle I wanted It was really nice to work with a dealership that didn't try to push something I didn't really want down my throat.
