While I had considered Land Rovers, I ended u Hi, I've been looking to replace a very loved, and much used 20 year old car with a new (to me) SUV. While I had considered Land Rovers, I ended up buying a almost new Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from Sean up in Lynnwood. Its a strange time to buy a car amidst COVID. I also happen to live almost 4 hours away in central Washington. Sean was super prompt and helpful via TXT and email the day prior to me setting up an appointment -- a lot of other dealerships take 1-2 days to reply, if they reply at all. Sean was always responsive, sometimes in a matter of minutes. Something I value and appreciated. When I showed up, they had 2 of the three Jeeps I wanted to test-drive. One of them listed was actually at a different location about 20 minutes away. I really appreciated that Sean let me take one of the Jeeps on a second test drive over to the other location to test drive the third Jeep, even if this meant he'd likely miss out on a commission had I gone with that vehicle instead of 1 of the 2 at his location. That really stood out for me, and in part, helped me choose my vehicle. I did buy a Jeep directly from Sean, and along with Mel's help in Finance, I drove home that day with my new (to me) vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed by everyone. They are all a great crew, and everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend working with them for anyone in the market for a car. My service was good except I was told they needed to keep the car until the next morning if I wanted it washed so I said yes. Sally called the next day and told me it was all ready to go. I arrived an hour later and was told it was not ready and that there were 3 cars in front of my for a wash. I could either wait or leave with a dirty car. I did not have time to wait. Very disappointing. More

They even found a nail in my tire and were able to replace it and have everything done on time. Would recommend Service Center. More

Being trapPed in a lease that I want to turn your car in top working order the car sits in a garage it my dead husband’s car rarely driven., I decided to go for the cheapest Only then I get phone up asking to put $450 dollars more onto to the service bill, so it’s incredibly scary what I will have to face when turning in my ride when I refused the the recommendation of your trusted service department. A car should be worry free this car is everything but worry free. I’m angry and don’t understand how a luxury automobile needs so many repairs and so many parts computer sensors and updates. But I’m admittedly just a disgruntled customer. No longer interested in paying crazy amounts in service the last two years around $3000; that’s 5 car payments worth. Crazy in my eyes. I have spoke with Sean Hennessey about all of this he might see me has impossible to please yes once again Your only a valued customer only if your a happy customer. Just flabbergasted my fault for buying into a brand that should mean quality. Above and Beyond at .67 Cents a mile. More
