I was happy with the price on a used truck. However, I had been a little upset with the vehicle. It was not super noticeable at first, but after taking the vehicle home an overwhelming odor of smoke came into the cabin after a few days. It will require taking it to a specialist to do an OZONE treatment w/full detail. BJ (Sales manager) responded quickly and after some talking on the phone and emails...he agreed to make things right. This shows me that he cares. He didn't have to do this but honesty and integrity is important to him. I thought this was a nice gesture and it makes me feel a lot better about the situation. I very much appreciate his commitment to customer service. More
